E Links Pakistan organised an industrial tour to Turkey for a delegation of switch gear manufacturers from Pakistan. The delegation was led by Mr. Mansoor Ahmed (Managing Partner) and Jawad Ahmed (Manager Marketing) Elinks Pakistan. The delegation included four directors of South Asian Electrical Concern, which is a channel partner of ABB for the manufacturing of LV switchgear in Pakistan. The participants of the industrial tour were taken to the factories of some of the distinguished and well-known product brands of E-links including Klemsan™, Mesan™ and Kohler™.
On the first day of the tour members of the delegation were taken to Izmir-Turkey where they enjoyed a one-day leisure trip to Pamukkale, where they were shown A Turkey’s Cotton Castle and a UNESCO World Heritage Center. It was an unreal landscape, made up of mineral forests, petrified waterfalls and a series of terraced basins, formed with carbonate mineral left by the naturally flowing water across.
On the next day in Izmir, the group members attended a brief training for KIO (Klemsan Internet Objects-An IoT platform for Energy Management) by Mr. Gökhan AKYOL and presentations for Klemsan automation & switchgear wiring products by Mr. Sinan ALAGOZ and Ms. Tugba KANYILMAZ. At the end of training the guests were taken on a very informative factory tour.
On the next day the delegation travelled from Izmir to Istanbul for a product presentations and factory visit of Mesan. The factory visit was conducted by Mr. Cem KIZILTAN and Ms. ZeynepKÖKSALAN. The members of delegation applauded the finest product quality and state of the art manufacturing facility of Mesan.
After Mesan the delegation went to visit the manufacturing facility of the renowned brand Köhler for Energy meters. Mr. Murat PALA gave a detailed overview of company profile and its innovative products for energy metering. Mr.Emrullah YILDIZ also conducted a very informative session on Köhler’s Web-based MGM software for energy metering.
The group members really enjoyed the tour arrangements and expressed their gratitude for making the best use of their time to learn and experience the values and of Turkish culture.
