In an exclusive conversation with Engineering Post, Mr. Muhammad Ashfaq Thaniana, Managing Partner, and Mr. Muhammad Sehal, Business Development Director, shared the company’s journey, achievements, and future vision.

Reflecting on the company’s history, Mr. Muhammad Ashfaq Thaniana said, “My late father, Mr. Tayyab Thaniana, established Tariq Electric House in 1970 with the vision of supplying quality electrical engineering products to Pakistan’s growing industrial sector. I joined the business in 1991, and since then we have continued to expand our portfolio while maintaining the values of integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction.”

He explained that Tariq Automation today serves as a leading stockist and importer of electrical equipment and switchgear products. Over the years, the company has diversified into industrial automation, boiler control components, HVAC control systems, Frequency inverter , Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and a comprehensive range of mechanical valves used in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning applications.

“Our objective has always been to provide complete engineering solutions rather than simply supplying products, we ensure our customers receive technically sound solutions supported by dependable after-sales service,” he stated
