As the construction industry is the only industry that generates jobs in million and economy in billions, to further stimulate this industry to its great realms, Builder and Developer Association of Pakistan has signed a Memorandum of Understating with Military Lands and Cantonments (ML&C) Karachi region. ABAD chairman Mohsin Sheikhani and ML&C Karachi Region director Adil Rafi Siddiqui at the Cantonment Board of Clifton’s office signed this spontaneous decision. DG ML&C Major General Syed Hasnat Amir spoke out about the active participation and consultations of ABAD; “ML&C Karachi Region has honoured to be the first to divulge unified building regulations in line with proposals of ABAD and building regulations of Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) and Lahore Development Authority (LDA). After being in one window operation, no government department would threaten builders and developers”.
