Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is looking forward to collaborating with National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) for working on different projects and repairing works all around the country. An MoU has been signed for this purpose.
The collaboration will have a mass effect on the whole country which will be observable through connecting roads and motorways. Both the parties are looking forward to improving the quality of network and telecom services in the highways and motorways across the country. The areas of the motorways that lack proper internet and network connection will be a chief target. Moreover, both the authorities are looking forward to installing the latest and most efficient technologies available for network connectivity on motorways.
The experience and knowledge available to both the organizations will also be increased by setting up discussion forums, training camps and seminars to ensure the progress in this sector. During the occasion of the signing, chairman PTA maj Gen Amir Azeem Bajwa addressed the attendees and stated that they will make sure the residents of this country are given access to the best and most efficient telecommunication technology and collaboration with NHMP will make it easier to do so.
