OGDCL contributed salaries and Quarantine Centre

All employees of OGDCL has contributed their two-day salary in the PM’s Relief Fund reputable to mitigate financial sufferings of the people affected due to COVID-19 outbreak.  Shahid Saleem Khan, MD/CEO OGDCL, has given a cheque of 5.3 million rupees to Nadeem Babar, Special Assistance to Prime Minister for PM’s Relief Fund.  He shared his thoughts about his management and employees believe that we all have to fight against this epidemic Virus together.  This will only be possible to stand by the order of Government and Law & Enforcement Agencies. In this difficult time, it is our duty to join hands and demonstrate that through collective efforts no challenge is undefeatable. Highlighting the importance of collective responsibility, the company, Society has to collaborate and cooperate as government alone could not undertake the relief work. Temporarily, the OGDCL I-9 hostel building, has been converted into a Quarantine Centre last week. It has been made operational, where the facilities including medicines, meal, bottled water, personal protective equipment, sanitizers and masks are provided.
