Pakistan’s tractor manufacturers and assembling units have produced a large number of 26219 tractors of different makes during the first eleven months of outgoing financial year July-May 2025-26 as compared to 26666 tractors produced during the corresponding of the previous financial year 2024-25.
According to the information available from the Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA), during the period under report here 25632 tractors of all makes were sold across the country as compared to the sales of 26501 tractors during the corresponding period of the last year.
Data so available indicated that tractors production and sales during July-May 2025-26 both were somewhat less than the figures of the corresponding period of July -May 2024-25.
The output of FIAT Al-Ghazi during the period under review here stood at 9661 tractors as compared to the production of 9925 tractors during the same period of the previous financial year. On the other, sales of the FIAT tractors was reported to be 8764 units during the period under review as compared to the sale of 10070 tractors during the same period of the last year.
Massey Ferguson had produced 17251 tractors during July-May 2025-26 period as compared to the production of 16753 tractors during the corresponding period of the last year. During the first 11 months of outgoing and previous financial years, 16968 tractors and 16321 tractors were sold respectively.
