In relation to acquisition of 100 percent stake of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Private) Limited, a 100MW solar power project which was installed in District Bahawalpur by the Government of Punjab as a privatization transaction, Jahangir Siddiqui and Company Limited has been pre-qualified by the Punjab Privatization Board, Government of Punjab. This will be subject to obtaining all relevant internal and regulatory approvals, material information sent to Pakistan Stock Exchange.
