App launched for Islamabad

A mobile application has been launched for the residents of Islamabad providing 43 different online services. This app would facilitate the residents of Islamabad so they can perform their routine tasks from the ease of their home without visiting the concerned offices.

The Capital Development Authority chairman briefed the Prime minister about the App and services at the launching ceremony at PM house.

All services would be provided in collaboration with the National Information Technology Board and the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).

The App would feature services, like e-Police, emergency services, payment of utility bills, notifications verification, city guide, issuance of domicile, CNIC, land Fard, arm license, vehicle registration, token tax, birth and death certificates and others.

Similar app would be replicated for people across the country after its implementation in the Federal Capital.
