25th Convocation of University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore was held in the last week of November 2018. In the convocation 2263 degrees including 19 PhD degrees, 564 M.Phil/MS degrees, and 1680 undergraduate degrees to B.Sc. session 2018 and Architecture 2018 and 71 Gold Medals were distributed among students. Undergraduate degrees to 1139 students of main and sub-campuses were also awarded to students in the convocation.
Chairman Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nizamuddin and Chairman Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Engr. Jawed Salim Qureshi were guests of honor. Vice Chancellor UET Prof Dr Fazal Ahmad Khalid said, “Universities play vital role to build a nation on scientific base with the help of result-oriented research and other ways of learning.”
