“Steel industry is the basic and fundamental component of all industries and in this respect we have decided to set up a new steel mill under the brand name of “Sitara” here in Faisalabad,” said Mian Muhammad Idress, former president Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and Chief Executive Officer Sitara Chemical Industries.
While addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of “Sitara Steel Mill” near Balochni Police Station on Sheikhupura Road, he said that Sitara is a renowned brand that has excelled in many diversified fields. Now, we have establishing a steel mill which will give a quantum jump to the economic activates in the region in addition to providing jobs to the residents of this vicinity, he added.
