The Corporate Office of MIA Group is located in Sector I-9/3, Industrial Area, Islamabad with branches spread throughout Pakistan in major cities viz Lahore (2), Karachi, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Gujrat besides international presence in Dubai (UAE) and Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). The MIA Group now provides employment to around 1500 people in different categories including engineers, business management professionals, diploma holders, skilled & unskilled technicians, etc.

MIA Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. It is one of the largest heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) solutions providing company in Pakistan (registered in C-1 category with Pakistan Engineering Council); with over two decades of experience in providing customized solutions. It caters for HVAC needs of a large number of corporate and commercial customers in diversified fields viz government projects, hotels, hospitals, telecom sector, banks, commercial centers, educational institutions, industry, power generation, airports, etc, as well as the defense forces of Pakistan. It has contributed in development of Pakistan by accomplishing a large number of mega HVAC projects. This company also deals in general order supplies including fire-fighting items.
Humak Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. This company holds the exclusive sale distribution rights in Pakistan for the world renowned “Acson” and “Daikin” brands of residential air-conditioners ranging from 1 to 8 tons manufactured in Malaysia under the auspices of Daikin Japan; the world’s most advanced technology in air conditioning. These brands are well acclaimed for their quality and reliability and are highly reputed as the best air-conditioning brands sold in Pakistan. Daikin won “Brand of the Year” award in Pakistan in 2016.
MIA Technical Services (Pvt) Ltd. This company offers quick and reliable after sales support services at the clients’ doorstep through technically qualified and well trained staff based in our ten local branches spread all across Pakistan and a wide network of dealers. MIA Group offers full warranty for the products marketed by it according to international warranty standards through this company. Installation and repair & maintenance services of products and brands marketed by MIA Group are also managed through this company; which also attends to commissioning and subsequent operation & maintenance of mega size cooling towers, commercial chillers, air handling units, etc.
MIA Energy (Pvt) Ltd. This company was established in 2013 for sale and supply of Diesel Generator (DG) sets ranging from 13 KVA to 3000 KVA. It is the sole distributor for Khonaysser Motors and offers DG sets having Volvo Penta, Perkins and Cummins engines, coupled with Stamford (UK) alternators and control modules of Deep Sea (UK). The company is now also responding to the needs of power sector by supplying, installing and commissioning, power plants, transformers, light towers, switchgears, synchronization panels, solar plants, auxiliary equipment, etc. It provides comprehensive power generation solutions with highly reliable after sales spares and service support.
Logistic Depots. Since lead time for import of equipment, spares and accessories from abroad ranges from 4 to 8 months and in some specialized cases even more, MIA Group has to maintain adequate stocks of the products marketed by it in its warehouses / logistic depots established in three major cities of Pakistan viz Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad. Stock is distributed among dealers, customers, clients and end-users based in far-flung areas of Pakistan from these warehouses/depots.
Sheena Textiles (Pvt) Ltd. Through this subsidiary company; which was established in 1998, MIA stepped into stitching of textile sports, casual wear and various types of ladies fashion and Islamic garments for local and overseas markets. Local clothing brands are “Explore” and “Malbus”. The company also stitches uniforms for blue collared employees of MIA Group and for other Pakistani companies.
MIA Vittles (Pvt) Ltd. This company is master franchise license holder of internationally acclaimed food and beverages brands. The concept of frozen yogurt in Pakistan was co-introduced by this company. Lately, it has launched its own frozen yogurt brand namely ‘Fruity 5’ besides opening international food outlets of Turkish Doner Kebab Ozsar, Chicken House and Chatime.
MIA Best Water. This recently established subsidiary is engaged in providing water filtration systems services. Whether residential or commercial, it has the capability to provide filtered water through Reverse Osmosis (RO) or Ultraviolet (UV) purifiers.

Since I stepped into HVAC business, almost three decades back, I have always found this field challenging and wanting. During this period, with the evolution of e-commerce and gradual transformation of the world into a global village, competition in all fields, particularly HVAC, has gone fierce day-by-day. Only those who can keep pace with the changing environment and who are able not only to achieve but sustain customers confidence can survive. By the grace of Allah Almighty, MIA has worked untiringly and supported by an able and loyal team, MIA has not only survived the tide but also thrived and transformed in to a Group of Companies dealing in diversified businesses.
During my life long struggle, I have come across different types of entrepreneurs, very resourceful, educated and of course massively talented who all turned their dreams into reality by applying one or more traits possessed by them. However, my resource was different viz passion and passion only. Passion not to achieve material success but the passion to serve MIA’s valued customers and clients viz people whose persistent confidence and trust helped transform MIA into a leading Group of Companies.
The purpose of establishing independent companies, apart from diversifying business, and managing controls, was also to provide dedicated and specialized service to our customers & clients.
