When Ajmairy Electric first entered the market, the general belief was that Chinese electrical products lacked quality and durability, while Japanese products, though highly reliable, were too expensive for most consumers. CEO Faraz Khan saw an opportunity to challenge this mindset by introducing high-quality yet affordable Chinese electrical components. “When we started our business, the market mentality was that Chinese products were of very low quality and unreliable. Japanese products, on the other hand, were too costly. However, we found that many Chinese manufacturers were producing excellent-quality electrical components. We introduced these products to the market, and over time, we were able to change people’s perceptions,” says Faraz Khan. By ensuring that the products met the highest quality standards while remaining affordable, Ajmairy Electric successfully created a demand for reliable Chinese electrical components in Pakistan.
Rather than working directly on projects, Ajmairy Electric has focused on supplying high-quality electrical products to some of the biggest names in Pakistan’s industrial and commercial sectors.
