Pakistan HVACR society is actively working for raising the standards of new buildings and ensuring energy conservation in new constructions. In this regard the Pakistan HVACR society has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the authorities in charge. In light of these MoUs the PHVACR society will guide builders and developers in the construction of energy efficient buildings and promote the usage of made in Pakistan HVACR equipment.
The first MoU was signed with Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI). Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, President ICCI and President, Pakistan HVACR Society, Khurram R Malick signed the MoU.
According to the MoU both sides have agreed to collaborate on resource sharing for seminars, trainings and workshops for members of the business community. Both sides shall help each other in enhancing the participation of the business.
The second MoU of PHVACR society was signed with ASSOCIATION OF BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS OF PAKISTAN (ABAD). The ceremony was held at ABAD house Karachi. President PHVACR society Khurram R. Malick and Chairman ABAD Mr. Fayaz Ilyas signed the MoU on behalf of their organisation.
According to these MoUs PHVACR society will help the governing authorities in the implementation of Building Energy Codes and to enhance the performance of Commercial and Residential towers including shopping malls in the Country.
