- Can you explain the success of your company in 3 key words?
QUALITY ; HARDWORK ; TEAMWORK
- Jubilee Corporation is always seen with respect even among your competitors. What do you think is the reason behind this achievement?
It is humbling to have this position and respect in the market. Our focus has always been on providing quality products and technical assistance to our customers. Working with leading, world-renowned and specialist manufacturers has been the key to success for Jubilee Corporation.
We strongly believe in creating positive business relationships with all those who are affiliated with JC, be it customers & clients or competitors.
- What is the core ideology and vision of the business?
To maintain the position of market-trendsetter and leader in electrical, electronics and automation products. Focusing on top quality products & services, and working for the satisfaction & progress of our customers and the community at large.
- How do you handle the day to day problems in the business?
We embrace challenges with optimism, and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- What according to you is the impact of CPEC on your business?
Due to new CPEC projects, the overall economy will benefit and there will be more business for everyone. Should have a positive impact, lets see.
- Many senior industrialists are of the view that CPEC is hitting the interest of the local industry. Do you agree?
Well, I don’t think it will be a total negative. Local Industry will also benefit from the expansion of projects.
- Do you think the negative and unethical competition in your industry creating problems for everyone?
A lack of transparency and a compromise on meritocracy when it comes to quality products will always create problems. Copy and fake products harm the economy and projects. As an engineering community, we must strive be driven to focus upon quality and technical strength, aiming for longevity.
- Do you think that the major companies in your industry should sit together to devise a strategy to overcome price competition?
I don’t think this is required, as market forces should take care of this. However, when it comes to competition, as a technical community, all players will need to focus on quality standards.
- Are you planning to add some more brands to your list?
Leading market trends with the addition of top quality products has always been a part of our mission. So yes, we have been introducing new products in our range and we will continue to expand with products that comply with our standards and market requirements.
- Are you satisfied with current standing of the Company?
There is always room for growth, and exploring new avenues. At this point in time, we are satisfied with Jubilee’s market presence. Our focus is on addressing emerging market demands, and meeting our customers’ technical requirements, whilst enhancing long-term relations with them. We are keen to see our staff grow professionally within our organization, taking on leadership positions.
- Do you think that Jubilee Corporation is moving efficiently towards achieving long term and short term goals?
We are progressively moving along in the direction of achieving our goals. Change, improvement and success have no limits. Our focus is a continuous struggle to aim higher and achieve more, keeping within the boundaries of our moral and ethical value-commitment.
- Do you think Pakistan needs to manufacture electrical products locally to reduce imports?
Well, to manufacture locally, and reduce imports, an economy of scale is required. This is an area that needs serious consideration before claims can be made either way.
- Is Jubilee Corporation continuously striving for providing better products to the customers?
With an uncompromising attitude towards technical superiority, quality and strength, we have always carefully studied what we bring into the market. Providing quality products from world-renowned and specialist manufacturers is the testament to our efforts in doing so.
- Being a role model and a respectable business icon, what is your advice for the youth of Pakistan?
Success in any field or work comes with good knowledge, passion and perseverance – be it business, engineering, sports or the arts. Our youth is talented; they need to use their time and energy purposefully, and on constructive ideas. Be disciplined and build strong work ethics in whatever you pursue as your choice of career. Invest in yourself, keeping long-term targets in mind.
There is no substitute for hard work, commitment, and a progressive attitude. You must work with a vision for the future in mind!

Business growth & sustainability in increasingly competitive markets is a time consuming and meticulous task. But I think long-term planning plays a major role, and hence a vision for the future is of utmost significance.
