We have been in the business of steel bars for more than three decades. Located at SITE the Industrial hub of Karachi, the manufacturing plant of Faizan steel is equipped with the most modern and sophisticated steel manufacturing facility, that encompasses a modern and fully automatic steel re-rolling mill, a high end melt shop, and a 230 ft. cooling bed with the capacity of producing over 500 tons a day. The steel re-rolling is done at the automatic bar mill which is capable of rolling High strength reinforcing deformed Bars of various grades in all commercial sizes, metric as well as imperial.
Faizan Steel uses in-house manufactured steel billet produced from high quality standardized steel scrap, conforming to following International Standards:

The manufacturing facility of Faizan steel is equipped with the most modern quality control unit in Pakistan. We are among the handful re-rolling mills in the country having a spectrometer installed at our unit to maintain and verify the most sophisticated chemical composition and metallurgy of our Processes and products conforming to all International Standards of quality. Faizan Steel possesses a state of the art Physical/Mechanical testing laboratory where test specimens from every production lot are randomly tested at our integrated in-house testing laboratory as well as are sent to the Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works (KSEW) and the NED Engineering University, where all physical testing is conducted in accordance with test methods as prescribed in ASTM A370 code.
Faizan Steel has formed a formal management system with ISO-9001 and ISO 14001- certifications by world renowned quality auditors M/S IDEAS. Our environment friendly approach is reflected in our state of the art emission controlled manufacturing and our certifications with ISO 18000.
