The PHVACR Society is preparing for its upcoming annual expo in Lahore, an event expected to set new standards for the HVACR industry in Pakistan. In anticipation, Engineering Post interviewed Mr. Muhammad Shahbaz Khan, Chairman of the newly formed Faisalabad Chapter, to discuss the chapter’s role and expectations.
Mr. Shahbaz expressed strong optimism, stating that while the Faisalabad Chapter is newly established, it fully supports the society’s mission and sees the event as an opportunity for regional growth and collaboration. “Given the proximity between Faisalabad and Lahore, this expo is not only poised for success but will also serve as a milestone for our chapter,” he remarked.
On strategies to boost participation, Mr. Shahbaz stated “Outreach efforts are already underway. Educational and industrial institutions have been invited, and a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed with the local chamber of commerce. These initiatives aim to attract significant attendance from Faisalabad, bolstering the expo’s impact and reach.”
The PHVACR Society remains committed to making this event a success, with chapters across the country—including Faisalabad—playing a vital role in driving footfall and industry engagement.
