Omar Ayub Khan, Minister for Power Division has tweeted about the stern increase of electricity consumption at industrial wing. According to the recent statistics, the industrial usage of electricity has been observed to increase about 17 percent in January 2021. As in this year, owing to the provision of power to the industry at enterprise rates while eradicating peak hours’ factor, a sudden increase has been noticed on power sector at industrial side. This new boost in Industry has started to perform very well with eyes on to see the real change in coming days. As per the vision of PM, power sector med it operational to provide electricity at concession rates to industrial side that will eventually boost the economy in coming days.
