CHINT Electric, a global leader in smart energy and electrical solutions, hosted an exclusive partner appreciation evening titled “Power The Tide – Sailing Further Together With You”. Set against the scenic coastal backdrop of Oceanic House, opposite Manora Island at the Port of Karachi, the curated five-hour gathering brought together Pakistan’s leading electrical consultants, contractors, panel builders, distributors, and energy sector stakeholders.
Designed to celebrate shared milestones and express gratitude to its local network for their continued trust and support, the event blended strategic industry networking with coastal leisure. The attendees experienced an engaging itinerary featuring live musical performances, recreational fishing, and an evening reception overlooking the Arabian Sea. The maritime theme symbolized resilience and forward momentum within Pakistan’s evolving power and automation landscape.
Speaking exclusively to Engineering Post on the sidelines of the event, Kamran Saleem Paracha, Country Head of CHINT Electric Pakistan, underscored the vital role of local partnerships in driving the company’s nationwide success. He emphasized that CHINT’s strategic vision in Pakistan goes beyond supplying hardware; it centers on building a sustainable, collaborative ecosystem with local distributors and engineering professionals.
During the conversation with Engineering Post, Kamran Saleem Paracha highlighted CHINT Electric’s commitment to expanding its technological footprint across Pakistan through continuous innovation, energy efficiency, and reliable low- and medium-voltage, solar, and power transmission solutions. He noted that as Pakistan’s industrial and commercial sectors increasingly transition toward smart energy and grid modernization, CHINT remains dedicated to empowering local partners with globally certified, cost-effective technologies tailored to domestic challenges.
Participants praised the initiative for fostering open dialogue between technical experts and business leaders outside traditional boardroom settings. As the evening concluded under the Karachi skyline, the message from CHINT Electric was clear: by aligning global engineering excellence with strong local alliances, the company and its partners are well-positioned to navigate industry challenges and power the tide toward greater mutual growth in Pakistan’s energy sector.
