With the export of ‘Absorber FR Bumper’ to Toyota Motor Vietnam Co. Ltd. (TMV in the Toyota global supply chain, the auto industry in Pakistan has entered into a new era with AuVitronics Limited. The mentioned part will be installed on the rear side of the front bumper cover in the upcoming Corolla and that has been approved after a hard process and severe quality checks. The spare part is made of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) that effectively reduces the vehicle weight when used in rear seat benches or wheel cases – an extremely good basis for safety-related parts in the vehicle build.
Mr. Ali Asghar Jamali, the CEO of IMC has told about the development for which IMC has been starving nearly up to 30 consecutive years, “We have fulfilled our commitment to the country and promoted the auto and engineering industry in Pakistan and today we are achieving new successes. The consistency in policies can only make long term export objective. Government should cultivate the industry and inaugurate growth-oriented intercessions and make revenue from higher volumes rather than increasing tax rates.
