The 32nd IEEEP Multi Topic International Symposium 2017 will be held on 15/16 March, 2017 at Hotel Pearl Continental Karachi and is expected to be attended by more than 400 delegates. It is a “must attend event” for all Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication and IT engineers.
The Symposium endeavors to provide a platform to Electrical and Electronic Engineers to improve their professional knowledge by exchange of views on current subjects and matters of National importance. Apart from organizing monthly technical seminars and providing technical help to the industry generally, the Institution of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Pakistan (IEEEP) Karachi Centre holds three main annual events to serve the technical community and general public at large.
1) A 3-Day exhibition of Electrical & Electronics goods and equipment primarily for local industry, known as IEEEP Fair.
2) A Students Seminar, which is a competition amongst Final Year Engineering Students from all over the Country, based on their Projects.
3) An International Multi-Topic Symposium – a 2-Day event, which has acquired the standing of the most important Technical Event for the community of electrical, electronics, telecommunication and IT engineers in Pakistan.
More than 50% of the papers for the Symposium are directly invited on topics which have relevance to the current issues being faced by the Country. The others are selected from the “call for papers”. This gives a fair picture of the state of industry & Academia in the Country. This Symposium also provides an opportunity to the final year engineering students from local universities to show their talents under the guidance of senior professional engineers.
