The much awaited 27th international HVACR Expo and conference has been postponed due to the increasing prevalence of Omicron variant of COVID-19. The HVACR expo was being organised after a gap of two years but due to the spread of this new variant of COVID-19 the Pakistan HVACR society has decided that it is in the best interest of everyone to postpone the event to a later when everyone can safely attend the event.
Pakistan HVACR society has issued a notification in this regard officially declaring that keeping in view the safety and security of everyone and their families the international HVACR expo which was scheduled to be held on 10,11,12 February 2022 has been postponed to 9,10,11 June 2022.
The statement released by President Pakistan HVACR society Mr. Ahmad Naeem Chughtai stated “We remained in contact with Lahore Expo Center management, local administration for our expo event, but as per NCOC’s decision regarding gathering in close environment is Not Allowed in order to prevent the spreading of Omicron disease, as your presence and your health is our top Priority and is our prime focus. Keeping in view the above facts, and ongoing situation as described by Government Authorities, along with the requests received by our valued exhibitors for the current situation, Finally the decision has been made by the Organizing Committee of 27 Pakistan HVACR International Expo & Conference 2022, is to reschedule it on 9-10-11 June, 2022.”
The society has urged the exhibitors to stay safe during this time and save the date for 9,10,11 June for the grand expo planned ahead.
