In a major leap for Pakistan’s clean energy sector, ZNC Solar joined hands with Soluna, the world-renowned lithium-ion battery manufacturer, at the “Powering the Future” event. The collaboration marks a defining milestone in ZNC Solar’s journey to accelerate solar and energy storage adoption nationwide.
On his first-ever visit to Pakistan, George Guo, CEO of Soluna, alongside Penny Gao, Sales & Marketing Director, unveiled Soluna’s cutting-edge IP65 10KWH low-voltage battery. The launch drew attention from energy leaders and industry stakeholders, underscoring the country’s growing demand for innovative energy storage solutions.
The highlight of the event was the signing of a 100MWh Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between George Guo and Usman Arif, CEO of ZNC Solar. The agreement cements a long-term collaboration focused on technological exchange, localized solutions, and expanding solar-battery integration across Pakistan.
Speaking on the occasion, Usman Arif said, “This MoU paves the way for smarter energy storage solutions, ensuring greater efficiency, reliability, and sustainability for Pakistan’s future energy needs.”
The partnership is expected to play a crucial role in addressing Pakistan’s energy challenges while driving the transition toward a cleaner and more resilient power infrastructure.
