Engineering Post met with Mr. Abdul Azeem Khan, CEO Yuwatech Engineering and asked about Yuwatech’s future aims and vision
Mr. Azeem said that the company started in 2005 on a smaller scale but has now become a major player in the market. The company specializes in LT and HT switchgears along with a wide range of engineering products. He highlighted that Yuwatech aims to further enhance its market presence and operate at full capacity by continuously upgrading its technology and capabilities.
Asking about future plans, he answered with a clear vision: the company intends to introduce advanced machinery such as CNC cutting and welding machines, bending machines, and other state-of-the-art equipment. This, he said, will ensure that Yuwatech maintains international quality standards while meeting the latest requirements of its clients. He further added that increasing manpower is also part of their expansion strategy, with new engineers, technical professionals, and fresh trainees being hired. In future we are looking forward foreign market. After ISO9001 we are targeting for other
certifications and compliance required by international buyers. We are focusing to set up the platform in next 6-10 months for export of our products. For this we applied for Chamber of Commerce registration as well, so will participate International Expos in Gulf and African markets. Ultimately export our products and will be part to generate revenue for our country.
According to him, involving the younger generation brings a fresh mindset and innovative ideas that help drive the company forward.
New generation is also taking active parts in factory activities specially Abdul Sami Khan , a future Engineer and next to Mr.Azeem in nearby future to take the business at next level.
When questioned about their marketing approach, he mentioned that Yuwatech is strengthening its efforts by reaching clients directly, participating in industry events and expos, and actively maintaining a presence on social media. He emphasized that the marketing team is being enhanced to create stronger brand awareness and develop closer connections with customers.
Asking about the after-sales services of the company and their role in building the client’s trust, he answered that client satisfaction has always been the company’s number one priority. Yuwatech has a dedicated after-sales team to provide support, ensuring any complaints are handled immediately. He explained that the company not only manufactures but also manages installation, staying in contact with clients 24/7 to address their concerns.
Mr. Azeem also stated that Yuwatech has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification to align with international standards. The company also uses high-quality products from globally recognized names such as Terasaki, Schneider, and ABB to ensure reliability. He added that fulfilling client requirements and quickly addressing any issues are the foundations of the trust Yuwatech has earned.
When questioned about the company’s five-year vision, he highlighted that Yuwatech is targeting short-term growth to pave the way for long-term success. Expansion into international markets such as the UAE, UK, and Africa is a major goal, particularly in the rapidly growing energy sector. Yuwatech is a family business built through two decades of struggle, with his son now joining as an engineer to carry the legacy forward.
