He was born on the 16th of April 1964 and did his engineering in Industrial & Systems Engineering in 1987 from Ohio University, USA. He was on the Dean’s list as well. Throughout his illustrious career, Mr.Mahmoud ul Haq demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to driving growth and progress in dynamic and evolving markets. His extensive expertise spanned a multitude of areas, including power projects, building management systems, security, and surveillance. With a keen eye for innovation and optimization, Mr.Mahmoud ul Haq sought to enhance and optimize the technical and commercial aspects of our national industrial resources.

Mr.Mahmoud ul Haq had been serving as the Chairman of HAQ Haq holding Group where he led with exceptional vision and strategic acumen. Under his leadership, IMS Electric Pvt Ltd flourished into a multi-million-billion company within two decades, boasting a vast client base and numerous successful projects. His entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking approach propelled the company’s expansion into the UAE, Establishing IMS International LLC as a reputable multinational corporation catering to BMS projects in the region. It was under his leadership that IMS Engineering successfully took over the Heavy Electrical Complex (HEC).

A true trailblazer in the industry, Mr.Mahmoud ul Haq was instrumental in the identification and execution of state-of-the-art technological solutions for public buildings and complexes. His pioneering efforts in complete automation, energy efficiency enhancement, and carbon footprint reduction revolutionized the landscape of commercial buildings and large complexes, significantly improving the comfort and security of building occupants.

Furthermore, Mr. Mahmoud ul Haq was renowned for his expertise in power generation, serving as the flagship power generation company providing power plants up to 100 MW and as the sole partner to Kawasaki Heavy Industry & MAN Energy solution in Pakistan. His remarkable track record included over hundreds of MW successfully installed power plants in Pakistan, solidifying his reputation as a preferred engineering associate for Japanese and Germans in the country.

Mr. Mahmoud ul Haq’s professional associations were a testament to his dedication to the field, holding memberships in prestigious organizations such as the Pakistan Engineering Council, Institute of Engineers Pakistan, Pakistan HVACR Society, ASHRAE, Pakistan German Business Forum, and Pakistan Australian Business Forum.
