The Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) and Pakistan Business Council, Dubai (PBCD) joined hands for technical assistance in construction sector of both countries.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard has been signed between Senior Vice Chairman ABAD Fayaz Ilyas and Vice President PBCD Kamran Ahmed Riaz at ABAD House Karachi.
Addressing the meeting, Chairman ABAD Arif Jeewa said: “Pakistan provides lucrative investment opportunities in real estate sector and ABAD is striving to promote construction sector in the country”.
He termed ABAD as bridge between businessmen associated with construction sector in Pakistan and UAE, adding that the MoU between these two organizations would be beneficial for builders and developers of both countries. He also invited PBCD to participate in ABAD Expo-2018 to be held from 12 to 14 August every year.
President PBCD Ahmed Sheikhani said they wanted to introduce new and modern state-of-the-art construction technologies in Pakistan through PBCD and requested ABAD members to participate in exhibitions organized by PBCD regularly for better cooperation and close interaction.
