Target Scientific Laboratory (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated on 13th June 2016 under The Companies Ordinance` 1984 and is duly registered with Securities And Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
The name of responsible person is Mr. Muhammad Waleed Asif. Mr. Muhammad Waleed Asif has qualified his Bachelor`s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from British University. He is a young, talented and dynamic person and has got good experience in Testing of Oil & lubricants.
By the time the company was being formed, the sponsors made extensive market survey & research for quite some years regarding the testing facilities of Oil & Lubricants available in our country`s laboratories. It was then felt the necessity that a modern, sophisticated and “State of the Art” Laboratory in the private sector be established in the country, in order to meet the increasing demand of testing of Lubricants & Oils by the consumers. Therefore this company came into existence.
Target Scientific Laboratory (Pvt) Ltd. (T.S.L.) is one of the most latest, innovative and updated laboratory which is well equipped with the latest instruments and auxiliaries and which meets the International Standard Quality Para-meters. T.S.L. is well manned with highly Professional & Technical personnel who are performing the testing of oil & lubricants in a very prudent & efficient manner. T.S.L. adopted the following I.S.O. APPROVAL FROM OGRA:
T.S.L. is the only company in the country which has been granted license by OGRA to conduct testing of lubricating oils, fuels (industrial & chemical) etc.
OGRA has also issued a notice in Daily Newspapers requesting the Provincial Chief Secretaries to take legal action against such testing facilities /laboratories, which are being operated in the country without OGRA`S License, through District Authorities in the respective areas.
T.S.L. is providing testing facilities to various Government, Semi-Government, Private Organizations, National & Multi-National Companies. The company`s motto is to keep its “Top Quality” slogan intact and no compromise on this matter is entertained. T.S.L. is focusing on the research work in order to keep itself abreast of the latest technologies and advancement being made in the world. The company is planning to offer to those students who are studying P.hd in various universities of the country in the field of Oil & Lubricants sector to do research work on the Petroleum / Oil testing products.
