Javed Khattak, CEO Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZD&MC) has briefed the Chitral business community about the completion of Special Economic Zone in the district. As the allotment of plots in the Chitral Special Economic Zone is the first right of the Chitral business community, this will create jobs opportunities for locals along with the establishment of industries in the SEZs. The Chitral business community is subjected to submit an application form till December 30, 2020 for allotment of plots measuring one acre, four kanal and two kanals in Chitral Special Economic Zone. The allocation will be done on installments along with attachment of feasibility report to setup of industry and 25 percent down payment. Chitral women entrepreneurs should also take advantage from this opportunity and must submit applications for availing plots in the Chitral Special Economic Zone. Chitral SEZ will create jobs for local youth, along with boosting the trade with Afghanistan and central Asian republic countries, while making the Chitral people economically self-sufficient.
