Smart Climate Solutions (Pvt) Ltd has partnered up with NISHAT Hotels and Properties Limited to supply and install a high-end Central Conditioning Solution for their latest project of NISHAT RESIDENCES, located at 75 FCC, Gulberg, Lahore.
Comprising of 2 residential towers, 7 floors above ground and 77 number of total residences, SCS will be installing a total of 1100RT of Air Conditioning capacity.
The project’s essential focus on Indoor Air Quality, Comfort and Operational efficiency of such luxury residences, has decided to use the latest Air Conditioning technology of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) from HISENSE, which is both Eurovent & AHRI Certified.
HISENSE VRF is being manufactured by QINGDAO HISENSE-HITACHI Air Conditioning Systems, a joint Venture Company of HISENSE INTERNATIONAL (China) and HITACHI (Japan).
