Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) has inducted an Aframax tanker, M.T. Lahore, into its managed fleet.
The vessel, with a deadweight of 112051 tonnes, has been added through PNSC’s subsidiary, Lahore Shipping (Pvt) Limited.
Earlier during the second week of February 2026, the PNSC had inducted M.T. Quetta with a deadweight of 49999 tonnes through its subsidiary Quetta Shipping (Pvt) Limited.
Earlier on in January 2026, the PNSC had also added an Aframax tanker M.T. Karachi with a deadweight of 109990 tonnes through its subsidiary Karachi Shipping (Private) Limited.
In August 2025, PNSC had expanded its fleet to 12 vessels with the two Aframax tankers and then had also planned to increase its fleet strength to 20 by year end.
Aframax class tankers are typically used in the regional and international markets.
