PHVACR Society Elections Mark New Era of Unity and Leadership

The Pakistan HVACR Society (PHVACR) has successfully concluded its nationwide elections, marking a significant milestone for the country’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. With the process completed smoothly across all regions, all four chapters of the society now have fresh leadership teams in place, reflecting unity, transparency and democratic values.

In Karachi and Faisalabad, chapter leadership emerged through mutual consensus, highlighting harmony and collective decision-making among members. Meanwhile, Lahore and Islamabad witnessed fair, transparent elections, followed by a peaceful and orderly transfer of power, reinforcing confidence in the society’s governance framework.

At the national level, Mr. Yousuf Hassan was elected as the President of the Pakistan HVACR Society and Mr. Ahmad Naeem Chughtai as Hony. General Secretary, taking on the responsibility of leading the organization at a time when the HVACR sector is rapidly evolving in response to energy efficiency, sustainability and technological advancement.

The newly elected chapter chairmen include Mr. Jafar Raza Haidery for the Lahore Chapter, Mian Arif Hussain for the Islamabad Chapter, Mr. Khalid Mansoor for the Karachi Chapter, and Mr. Abdul Raheem for the Faisalabad Chapter.

Oath-taking ceremonies were held in the respective cities, where chapter office-bearers and executive council members formally assumed their responsibilities. The ceremonies were attended by industry professionals and society members, underscoring collective commitment to the society’s vision and objectives.

The newly formed Executive Council includes Mr. Ammad Monus, Mr. Muhammad Ghaffar, Mr. Safdar Ali, Mr. M. Asif Amin, Mr. Waqar Ali Shah, Mr. Muhammad Hussain, and Mr. Adnan Liaquat.
