The Pakistan HVACR Society has conferred its highest honor, the Lifetime Achievement Award, upon Mr. Mubesher Ahmad in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the HVACR industry, visionary leadership, and longstanding commitment to the Society.
A pioneer in Pakistan’s HVACR sector, Mr. Mubesher is the Founder and CEO of Wular Engineers, Islamabad. With a career spanning over four decades, he has championed excellence in engineering, contracting, and project execution for both national and multinational clients. Born in Sargodha in 1959, Mr. Mubesher began his professional journey after completing his Diploma of Associate Engineer from Poly Technique College, Rawalpindi.
Since founding Wular Engineers in 1984, Mr. Mubesher has become a respected figure in the industry, not only for his technical expertise but also for his service to the Pakistan HVACR Society. His leadership roles include serving as President (2015–2017), Vice President, Senior Vice President, and multiple terms as an Executive Council Member. He also played key roles in organizing major expos and conferences.
Mr. Mubesher is a founding member of several ASHRAE chapters in Pakistan and has actively promoted technical seminars and global collaborations. His contributions were internationally acknowledged in the 1998 edition of WHO’S WHO of Professionals.
