NEXALYZE, a leading provider of AI-powered industrial monitoring, optimization, and management solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shams Power to enhance the operation and maintenance of its solar power portfolio. The project will cover 40+ solar plants with a combined capacity upwards of 40 MW, enabling Shams Power to leverage NEXALYZE’s cutting-edge AI-powered SolarFlux platform for real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and proactive maintenance capabilities.
The MoU was signed in Lahore in the presence of senior leadership from both companies, including NEXALYZE CEO Mr. Muhammad Mubashar, CTO Mr. Abdur Rehman Siddique, and COO Mr. Jamal Nasir, alongside Shams Power COO Mr. Irteza Ubaid, and Head of Engineering Mr. Rashid Iqbal.
With SolarFlux, Shams Power can monitor performance down to the string level, forecast energy output with precision using advanced AI/ML models, detect anomalies before they escalate, uncover hidden performance and production patterns, and receive instant AI-powered alerts for maintenance and cleaning. Even in case of Intra plant multiple vendor installation, the system will provide consolidated dashboards and actionable insights to improve decision- making and maximize energy efficiency.
