The KPK tourism authority is looking forward for a boost in the tourism department and it’s derivatives. A couple of MoUs have been signed with interested investment companies for the purpose. Investments will be done in the integrated tourism zones (ITZ) for the uplifting of tourist reception in the province.
MoUs were signed by AH group and Signature Investment company in the presence of general manager tourism authority Mr. Umar Khattak. The documents were signed during the property expo this year. Both the companies look focused on investing in the sector and are ready to do whatever is needed to be done for the purpose. Signature group investments are willing to construct two five star hotels for tourist accommodation in the areas of Ganol and Mankial.
On the occasion, Mr. Umar Khattak said that the province possesses vast potential for tourist attraction and reception of international investments. He termed the ITZs project as the best opportunity for the domestic as well as foreign investors to invest in the sector.
