Engineering Post had the privilege to interview Mr. Naveed Boghani, Director, Monitor Cables. Monitor Groups has been working in enamelled wire since 1975 and expanded business. They have been one of the most reliable providers and manufacturers of a wide range of cables in every department of the market for the past ten years. The company has been a prime manufacturer of cables including AC, DC, and commercial as well as residential cable production for the market. Moreover they also deal with the production of heavy duty DC cable used in the solar power production system. They are also a prime manufacturer of in-house PVC pipes and systems which has been attested by PCSIR.
We asked Mr. Naveed about the strategies to improve and keep up the marketing as well as the after sales services that the company is adhering to, for a further progressive journey, to which, he said, “we make sure to be very present and engaging in terms of media marketing and also arrange and take part in various events across the country to further boost our marketing. As far as the after sales services are concerned, we have a completely separate dedicated team working for the satisfaction of our clients to make sure that the clients receive a top quality product without any complaints “.
