Mari Petroleum Company Limited (MPCL) has officially rebranded as Mari Energies Limited (MEL), effective January 7, 2025.
The change was confirmed through a Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), according to material information shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
The new name reflects the company’s evolving focus and strategic direction. While traditionally recognized as a leading petroleum exploration and production entity, the rebranding signals an intent to diversify into broader energy sectors.
