Best preparations for the prestigious 30th Pakistan HVACR Expo and Conference 2025 are made with organizers brimming with confidence about the scale and impact of this milestone event. Mr. Syed Fakkhi Iftikhar, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, firmly managed the advanced stage of arrangements with an unprecedented level of international engagement. “International participation this time around is huge,” Chairman Mr. Syed Fakkhi stated emphatically, noting significant delegations and exhibitors confirmed from Egypt, Iran, UAE, Ukraine, England, and China. This global interest is further underscored by the near-complete booking of exhibition space. “Almost all stalls have been booked,” he reported during an exclusive conversation with Engineering Post, adding that principals from leading international companies across Turkey, China, Spain, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, and America will be present, signaling strong confidence in the Pakistani market.
Embracing modern efficiency, the Expo will debut a paperless entry system. “Registration will be online,” he confirmed, streamlining access for all attendees and exhibitors. A defining change for this anniversary edition is nurturing future talent within the HVACR sector. “Training sessions for young engineers have been arranged this time around,” the Chairman declared. These crucial sessions will be conveniently located on the mezzanine floors of all three exhibition halls. Expertise will be provided by trained engineers from prestigious national institutions including NESPAK, the Atomic Energy Commission, and other key departments. He gratefully acknowledged the collaborative spirit driving this initiative, noting, “We are getting amazing support from all Chapters of PHVACR Society.”
Ensuring robust attendance is a top priority. Aggressive marketing campaigns are visible across Lahore, with “bill boards and hoardings put up on major places all over” the city. Complementing this traditional approach, “social media marketing has also been boosted to ensure maximum outreach to people.” While anticipating significant numbers, Chairman Mr. Syed Fakkhi emphasized a strategic shift: “Expecting a huge footfall but this year our focus is to get target oriented visitors.”
To further galvanize business participation nationwide, the organizing committee has proactively visited Chamber of commerce all over Pakistan.”
The 2025 Expo carries a distinct thematic focus. “This year the theme is focused on pharmaceutical industry,” Mr. Syed Fakkhi explained, “so we are expecting a huge participation from pharma industry this year.” This specialized focus aims to address the critical HVACR requirements of this vital sector. Running concurrently, the international conference, a core component of the event, is being directly arranged by the Pakistan HVACR Society. The conference promises high-caliber insights, featuring “Speakers from Egypt and Turkey.” Scheduled across three days, the conference will commence with a half-day session on the first day, followed by two intensive full-day programs on subsequent days, offering deep dives into industry trends and technologies.
With global participation locked in, innovative systems implemented, a strong emphasis on youth development, targeted marketing, a specialized pharma theme, and a packed international conference, the 30th Pakistan HVACR Expo & Conference 2025 is poised to be a landmark event, solidifying its position as the premier HVACR gathering in the region. As Chairman Syed Fakkhi Iftikhar oversees the final preparations, the industry awaits an expo that promises not just display, but significant advancement and connection.
