K-Electric and M/s BurqTron Engineering Solutions has signed an agreement with worth approximately $3.5 million for a new underground transmission line in DHA.
According to details a 132 KV (Single Circuit Underground line) would be laid between Creek City & Co-Gen DCL Grid Station in DHA. This underground line would help KE upgrade its transmission and distribution network in the area which will ensure a more reliable and stable supply of electricity in DHA.
KE’s Chief Generation & Transmission Officer Dale Sinkler along with other members of the Generation & Transmission team represented KE at the signing ceremony. M/s BurqTron’s Project Director Danish Zahoor, Executive Director Mustafeez Dara & Chief Financial Officer Adnan Khalil were also present on the occasion.
