Engineering Post recently had the privilege to interview Muhammad Bashir Khan, Executive at KES, where he described the aims and vision of their company and steps with which they have made their name for switchgear manufacture and engineering solutions in the market. “We had initially been focused on the projects and contracts received to us but later on decided to start manufacturing as well to meet the needs of our clients. As of right now, we are enlisted with almost every consultancy and have made a name for ourselves which is a result of our sheer hard work and devotion,” he said.
On a question regarding adaptation of latest technology, he stated “Advancements keep happening with the passage of time. We, as a company, make sure that our clients are provided with the best quality product without any compromise and we try to instill most technologically advanced equipment to cater to the needs of our clients.”
While asking about the diversification of the products within the company and in the overall market, he highlighted that the company had initially started with switchgear manufacture only but as time has passed, we have increased our range and now are dealing in a wide range of products for engineering solutions including L.T. and H.T. switchboard manufacturing. “Karimi Electromech Systems will make sure that further advanced innovations are also introduced in the company for further growth and satisfaction of our customers.”
Mr. Muhammad Bashir Khan, while advising the young generation of new engineers, stated that these youngsters possess a lot of potential to play a highly progressive role in the field and they should make sure to work hard, honestly and with complete devotion to the field for the betterment of engineering industry of the country. In response to a question regarding the company’s role in aiding the young engineers to step foot in the market, Mr. Bashir said, “We usually host students from all the major and minor universities in the country as well as teams from different industries and offer them complete experience of the switchgear manufacture in our company. Students from various universities honor us with their presence and we play our role in training them on how switchgear manufacturing and installation and its derivatives work.”
While discussing the after-sales services of KES, he emphasized the company’s unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. “We have never compromised on the customer’s experience or the quality of our after-sales services,” he stated firmly.
