International Industries Limited (IIL), a construction material manufacturer company has signed an MoU with Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD). Under this MoU, the company would provide its construction materials at a discounted rate to ABAD members for the promotion of construction industry in Pakistan. ABAD has launched an affordable social housing scheme for which ILL will provide a helping hand.
One of the many problems faced by the construction industry in Pakistan is the Cartelization of different construction materials by the manufacturers. This causes artificial inflation and makes construction costly.
