IEEEP Fair 2018 is being held from 31st July to 2nd August 2018 at Karachi Expo Centre.
To give a headstrong start to the event, a soft launch was held in Karachi on 22nd June at Avari towers.
IEEEP Fair 2018 is organized by Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers of Pakistan (IEEEP) Karachi Centre, an association of Engineers of Pakistan, in collaboration with Badar Expo Solutions. The three day event will gather the electrical, electronics, allied industry and engineering sectors of Pakistan under one roof. Like the previous expos, this year, the event is again expected to break the previous records of gathering various professionals.
Addressing the soft launch ceremony of the exhibition in Karachi, convener IEEEP 2018 Engr M Irfan said that IEEEP Fair 2018 is aimed to serve industries by providing most productive environment to meet top professionals from industries, key decision makers, and government officials and to discuss areas of mutual cooperation in the fields of electrical, electronics, industrial automation, power generations, and energy conservations etc. to cater the future requirements of the country.
It will provide a valuable forum for relevant persons not only to collect information on wide variety of developments in electrical and electronics sectors but also to meet face to face with experts of these areas, he added.
Vice Chairman IEEEP Karachi Centre, Engr Parkash Lohana said that it is an exclusive forum for the electrical engineers to meet the challenge of rapid developments in the electrical engineering technology, to disseminate technical knowledge and to introduce up to date technology to its members in particular and the community of engineers in general. The exhibition will also provide a bridge between the academia and industry for our future generation of young engineers, he added.
Naheed Memon, Chairperson Sindh Board of Investment praised the efforts of Institution of Electrical & Electronic Engineers of Pakistan for successfully holding a series of IEEEP Fair to showcase the true capacity of Pakistan’s engineering sector.
