Hyatt, a well-known hotel chain from UAE has decided to expand its business in Pakistan.
Speaking at an event, which was jointly organized by Hyatt and AEG Travel Services at a local hotel, Asif Raza, Executive Assistant Manager Sales and Marketing said that all legal formalities have been finalized to enter into Pakistan’s hotel industry.
He said that Hyatt would start its hotel business in Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad and added that these hotels would be constructed in next 2 to 3 years.
Replying to a question, he said the purpose to host an event in Karachi was to expand its services to the Pakistan’s corporate sector and to facilitate them in their visit to Dubai.
He said Pakistan was ranked third after Saudi Arabia and Oman in terms of number of tourists to Dubai and the statistics of Dubai Tourism Department witnessed a 22 percent growth in Pakistani tourists on year- on-year basis.
Hyatt has not only decided to expand its business in Pakistan but also offer best services to the Pakistani tourists, especially from corporate sector.
