The domestic consumers living in the port city of Gwadar have started receiving the gas supply from Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC). Due to increasing demand of the people in the area SSGC laid a pipeline for providing gas to the residents in Gwadar.
Member of the National Assembly Mohammad Aslam Bhootani inaugurated the Gwadar gas supply project. Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the project, Mr Bhootani said it was a demand of the people of his constituency and he was happy to fulfil the promise of providing gas to the domestic consumers. “I will continue serving the people of my constituency who elected me,” he said.
MPA Mir Hamal Kalmati of the BNP-Mengal, leaders of the National Party, Mir Dur Mohammad Nagori, Hafeez Jaffar, Rafiq Jumma and officials of the SSGC attended the ceremony.
