A senior officer of BS-20 from Pakistan Administrative Services, Fuad Hashim Rabbani has assumed the charge as chief executive officer of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA).
According to SMEDA, Fuad Hashim Rabbani has been working as Joint Secretary, Federal Ministry of Planning, Development & Reforms. He also served as Commissioner Zhob Division and Provincial Secretary Energy in the Balochistan government. He also performed as Commercial Counsellor at Pakistan’s Embassy in Seoul (Korea) from 2008 to 2012.
