The Punjab provincial developmental working party (PDWP) held the 57th meeting for the current fiscal year 2021-22 regarding development of the urban areas of the various cities of the province. Four new developmental strategies were agreed upon for the urban development and roads construction which are said to cost a total of 3,446,718 million rupees.
These schemes include an underpass construction at Samnabad mor, Multan Rd, improvement of Lahore Jaranwala road from Saggian to Begum kot and rehabiltationn of Jaranwala Faisalabad road from Makuana chowk to 40 Mor, Faisalabad.
Representatives of the planning and development board, secretaries of related departments, and other senior provincial representatives were a part of the meeting.
