Faisalabad to have 13bn uplift package for industries

As a part of annual development program, Thirteen-billion-rupee development package for Faisalabad will be announced very soon. For time being, Rs. 13 billion had been allocated for the development projects, which in comparison with the previous governments is an up to the mark development. The Cost of Production (COP) and Ease of Doing Business, with “One Window Operation” bill will be passed in the next session of the National Assembly. The new energy package will facilitate the industrial sector and SME sector in particular. During the tenure of the previous government, the exporters were treated like scroungers to provide funds as per their demands. PTI has facilitated the SEM industry as the sale tax and DLTL had been cleared for the months of August and September. The textile and construction sectors are now working with 100 percent capacity which had created millions of new job opportunities.
