Descon Corporation Pvt Ltd has signed an agreement with Excellence Delivered (ExD) to outsource its Enterprise resource planning (ERP) services. ERP is a process whereby a company, often a manufacturer, manages and integrates the important parts of its business. An ERP management information system integrates areas such as planning, purchasing, inventory, sales, marketing, finance and human resources. Under the agreement ExD is now responsible for providing managed services for Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS). ExD will also deliver support services for companies served by Descon Corporation.
ExD is in the business of the implementation, upgradation and management services for Oracle and SAP and with years of experience in the market it is expected to streamline many processes for Descon. The Contract signing ceremony was attended by senior management from both sides. Muhammad Farooq, Manager Shared Services, Tahir Ghaffor, Head of ICT Descon Corporation, Wasil Amjad, COO ExD, Hannan Javed, Manager Sales ExD and Muhammad Qasim, Head of Operations ExD attended the ceremony.
