A conversation with Mr. Muhammad Saleem Diwan, CEO, Diwan International

To discuss this new development and the further possibilities it might lead to, Engineering Post held an exclusive interview with CEO Diwan International, Mr. Muhammad Saleem Diwan. During the conversation he said “As a company we have only one objective, to provide the end users with original products from the company. That is why all our products are warrantied and we also provide after sales services for all our products,”

Diwan International also boasts a highly qualified aftersales team consisting of highly qualified engineers who are certified by Huawei and Chint so, in case, any technical problem arises it can be dealt with professionally.

Chint, the new addition to Diwan International is one of the largest electrical groups of China having a huge global network. While discussing the strategy to promote the brand Mr Saleem commented “Chint is alluded to as a low-grade brand due to lack of awareness. We will prove that this perception is wrong. We have planned live demonstrations for Chint products to be compared directly with top brands to compare the performance of both side to side,” he revealed.

The concise answer given by Mr Saleem for this problem was, “In my opinion, Chint had not found a proper marketing program until now that was truly focused on promoting the Chint quality. Diwan International have plan to provide a focused approach for its promotion. We already have an online platform in the pipeline for the promotion of our brands across the country. We already trained more than 1200 engineers for installation and product awareness program and gave them a chance to glorify and certify installer in the field of the renewable power sector,” he said.
