Construction of roads across Punjab approved

To uplift and cover the loopholes of roads, an approval of 86-kilometer long
road in Multan Vehari and 15-kilometers long in Gujrat-Jalapur Jattan road
has been approved by Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar in his recent meeting. Provincial Ministers Hashim Jawan Bakht, Dr Yasmin Rashid, Sardar Asif Nakai, Taimoor Bhatti, advisor Dr Salman Shah, SACM Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, SMBR, Chairman P&D and others attended the meeting. With a capital amount of Rs.12 billion will be spent on the Vehari-Multan road project while Gujrat–Jalalpur Jattan road will be completed with Rs two billion. The meeting also official-i-zed the approval of Sialkot Ring Road project along-with up-gradation of Faisalabad-Jaranwala, Lundianwala road to expressway road. The announcement about the construction of ten 500-bedded general hospitals through the Asian Development Bank was also announced in official meeting.
