Under the leadership of Aazmir Khan, Chief Executive Officer, the company has built a reputation for engineering precision, Delivering above promised quality and strong after-sales support. In an exclusive conversation with Engineering Post, Aazmir Khan shared insights into Eurocon’s growth journey, market philosophy, and the future of Pakistan’s HVAC sector.

“From day one, our objective has been engineering perfection,” said Aazmir Khan. “Every system we design is meant to keep customers comfortable year-round, whether it is a hospital, commercial building or industrial facility.” He emphasized that Eurocon’s commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has enabled the company to carve out a competitive space in Pakistan’s HVAC industry within a short span of time.

Eurocon’s portfolio reflects a comprehensive approach to climate control solutions. The company represents TICA Brand Solely in Pakistan Region and offers Air Handling Units (AHUs), Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units, Fan Coil Units (FCUs). All of the products consists of Glolbal Certifications such as AHRI, Eurovent Etc. “Certifications are not just paperwork for us,” Aazmir Khan noted. “They represent performance assurance and reliability. Clients today are informed and they demand internationally benchmarked systems.”

One of Eurocon’s key differentiators, according to Aazmir Khan, is its position as one of the biggest stock handlers of AHRI Certified Fan Coil Units in Pakistan Market. “Readily available stock is a major advantage in this industry. Contractors and consultants cannot afford long delays. Because we maintain strong inventory levels, we are able to meet urgent project requirements without compromising on quality,” he explained. Competitive pricing combined with recognized certifications has made the company’s offerings particularly attractive in both public and private sector projects.

Headquartered in Karachi, Eurocon has recently expanded its footprint by opening a regional office in Lahore to oversee operations across Punjab. “Punjab is a growing market with immense potential. Our Lahore office will ensure faster response times and stronger engagement with clients in the region,” Aazmir Khan said.

A significant pillar of Eurocon’s strategy is after-sales service. The company has established a specialized after-sales team comprising experienced technical professionals available nationwide. “Sales do not end with installation,” he remarked. “We have raised a dedicated team that ensures our systems perform efficiently long after commissioning. That builds trust, and trust builds long-term relationships.”

Discussing ongoing projects, Aazmir Khan highlighted Eurocon’s involvement in healthcare sector, Textile Sector and Automobile Sector Etc.

Unlike many companies that focus on rapid expansion, Eurocon prioritizes client satisfaction. “We concentrate on client satisfaction rather than getting a lot of clients. Most of our orders come through word of mouth,” Aazmir Khan shared. Currently, the company has 100 Plus satisfied clients and aims to grow that number to 300–350 within the next five years.

Reflecting on the broader economic landscape, Aazmir Khan offered a candid perspective. “I believe Pakistan’s past was trading and its future is also trading,” he observed. He pointed out that while local manufacturers enter the market energetically, inconsistent market support often leads to compromises in quality. “When quality drops, businesses ultimately close,” he said. With China producing high-quality products at a large scale, importing often becomes more economical than manufacturing locally considering global standards of manufacturing or standard quality products.
