Amcon hosted a highly interactive technical training program in the first week of December 2024 at Flattes Hotel, Lahore. The session was led by Mr. Chris Wang, a service support engineer who travelled from Russia to provide comprehensive training to Amcon staff. The program aimed to enhance professionalism and ensure smoother execution of future projects.
The training covered a variety of essential topics, including proper commissioning procedures, product handling, parts management, aftersales service, and inventory optimization. Participants were also introduced to the troubleshooting software for TCL products, with a specific focus on the newly launched TMV6 Eco Plus series for 2025. These insights are expected to significantly improve operational efficiency and aftersales support.
Teams from multiple regions, including Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi, attended the session, showcasing a unified commitment to professional development. The event also featured notable attendees such as Frank Liang Xianyi, Sales Director of TCL, and Yogi Tam, Regional Sales Manager of TCL, who contributed valuable insights to the discussion.
